But many girls just wash hair when its dirty and use any random shampoo they find. This is not good because hair need some routine for best health.
Daily hair care routine
1. Wash your hair properly
Washing hair is basic but many people do it wrong. Washing hair everyday is bad because it removes natural oils and makes hair dry and brittle. For most people washing hair 2 or 3 times in week is enough.
Use mild shampoo for your hair type like oily, dry or normal hair. Dont use too much shampoo coz it can dry out hair. Massage scalp gently when washing to improve blood flow.
2. Use conditioner always
Conditioner is very important part but many girls skip it. Conditioner help to moisturize hair and make it soft and easy to comb. Apply conditioner mainly on ends of hair not on scalp otherwise scalp will get oily fast.
Leave conditioner for 2 or 3 minutes and rinse with cold water to close hair cuticles and make hair shiny.
3. Drying hair properly
Dont rub hair hard with towel after washing coz it damages hair and cause hair fall. Instead pat dry or squeeze water gently with towel. Avoid using hair dryer on high heat if possible. Better let hair dry naturally.
4. Brush gently
Brushing hair is good but only if done gently. Use wide tooth comb to detangle hair when wet otherwise hair breakage happen. Dont brush hair too many times coz it can cause damage and frizz.
5. Oil your hair regularly
Oiling hair is old but very effective way to keep hair healthy. Use coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil and massage scalp once or twice in week. Leave oil for 1-2 hours or overnight then wash hair.

Weekly hair care routine
1. Deep conditioning
Once in a week use deep conditioner or hair mask to give extra moisture and repair damaged hair. You can buy hair mask or use natural ingredients like honey, yogurt or avocado.
Apply on hair and leave for 20 to 30 minutes then wash.
2. Hair spa at home
Hair spa is very relaxing and help blood circulation in scalp. You can do simple hair spa at home by warming oil and massaging scalp then wrap hair in warm towel for 20 minutes before washing.
3. Scalp exfoliation
Just like face, scalp also need exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and product buildup. Use gentle scrub or mix sugar with oil and rub on scalp once in 2 weeks.
